Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Procurio (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer via the platform procurio.ai.

§ 2 Subject Matter

The subject of the contract is the use of the AI-powered procurement platform Procurio for creating IT requirement profiles and conducting market analyses.

§ 3 Contract Formation

The contract is formed by registering on the platform and purchasing a product package. By purchasing, the customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

§ 4 Service Description

The Provider offers the customer the following services:

• AI-powered analysis of IT requirements
• Automated market research and vendor matching
• Creation of requirement profiles and longlist reports

§ 5 Prices and Payment

Prices for individual service packages are displayed on the website. In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged (small business regulation). The stated prices are final prices. Payment is made in advance via the offered payment methods.

§ 6 Usage Rights

The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the created reports and analyses. Use is limited to the customer's internal business operations.

§ 7 Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

§ 8 Data Protection

The Provider processes the customer's personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations.

§ 9 Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, provided the customer is a merchant.
